Zombie Prom Performance

All volunteers should enter through the side door behind concessions - facing Liz's Diner, and should arrive 45 minutes prior to the start of the show. Once you arrive, please scan the volunteer check-in. Please dress theatre appropriate (smart casual or business casual). You will be given a magnetic volunteer name tag when you arrive. If seating permits, all volunteers may be offered a seat in the house to watch the show. *Ushers will be posted at the entrance of the house, or within the house, to assist patrons in locating their seats. They will also be asked to distribute and offer playbills. Ushers may leave once the show begins. *Bingo volunteers will collect money and distribute Bingo cards. It is strongly encouraged to download the "Bingo Caller" app. Someone at the theatre will be able to assist if necessary. Prior to intermission, the Bingo volunteer will call the first 7 numbers. At intermission, Bingo will continue until someone wins. These volunteers will be asked to stay through the competition of Bingo. *Concessions volunteers will assist patron in preparing popcorn and gathering their concessions orders (scooping popcorn, grabbing drinks, pouring wine etc). One concessions volunteer will be asked to handle payments. Concession volunteers should be 18+ as they may be handling alcohol. Concession volunteers are asked to stay through intermission and are expected to clean the popcorn machine at the end of the night.
